Yes, I have a blog to do list. Yes, I am behind. In my defense, well, I don't have a defense. It's a little bit of not feeling well and a whole bunch of laziness. Oh well...I can be lazy if I want to :) Aaron has been doing an excellent job of providing blog entertainment though, right? His last post about biking even inspired Lena to go by a bike!
Anyway, here is my list of posts that I have on my to do list:
1. Sunday in Venice (Feb 3)
2. Sunday in Rome with our last visitors (Jan 27)
3. Night pictures with our visitors
4. Saturday, February 9 at the Colosseo (these need work because there was something on the lens...ugh!)
5. Add a couple of pictures to Aaron's cycling post
6. Go back and add in dates to old posts (for our records)
Whew...that's a lot of stuff to do. I will try to do a little tonight, but we have Italian lessons. Those always wear me out...I hate having to think! The worst part is relearning grammar. I was never great at grammar in English, so it really doesn't work well when someone is trying to explain it in a different language. Half the time I am lost, but at least I have a sense of humor about it now. I used to get upset all the time, but not as much any more. I have to say that lessons by immersion are overrated (since we started, they only speak to you in Italian - even to explain new concepts). It is crazy, but I guess I have learned a lot. I can follow almost all conversations, but my speaking isn't fantastic :)

Aaron didn't really inspire Lena to buy a bike. It's called peer pressure. She actually did try a couple of bikes out on Friday afternoon. The one she fits better on, she does not like the color. She knows that she's not suppose to pick out bike based on color. But greyish green is not a pretty color.
Hahaha...yeah, after the fact, I wished I would have held out for a better looking bike. I really am not thrilled with black, but I guess it is good I bought it. I got a lot of riding since we've been here!
